Activities for Health, Team Spirit and Leadership

Sports and Games activities are part and parcel of our school curriculum. "A sound mind in a sound body", this is put into practice to provide a greater scope for the physical education activities in our schools.

House System:

To promote the spirit of sportsmanship and to nurture sports talents among boys and girls, the students in each school are divided into four houses and are named as Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Topaz (REST). Intramural games like volleyball, Kho Kho, Kabaddi, Throw ball, Ball badminton, Tenni Koit, Table Tennis, Carroms and Chess are conducted within the group of schools every year to enable the houses to participate in the games with greater enthusiasm. More over, the management organizes an inter school games and mini marathon every year to promote sports and games among the city schools. The management appoints part time coaches to train the students in games and sports for the purpose of promoting sports talents among them.
